Mr. Jitesh Gupta is a Commerce Graduate (B. Com), Qualified Company Secretary (FCS) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) with Finance specialization. He is also a PG Diploma holder in Tax Laws (PGDTL) awarded by Indian Law Institute, New Delhi and passed Two NCFM certificate courses of National Stock Exchange of India (NSE). He has authored the famous book titled ‘Regular Compliances under Companies Act,2013’. He is a regular visiting faculty to K. R. Mangalam University and ICSI & ICAI Seminars and other events.
He is on the Panel of Peer Reviewer and Quality Reviewer of Institute of Company Secretary of India. He is a Registered Insolvency Professional with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. Mr. Jitesh Gupta was also on the Panel of Experts as Mediators & Conciliators established by Ministry of Corporate Affairs. He is the Former member of various core committees of ICSI and NIRC of ICSI.
Mr. Jitesh Gupta is a Former Member of Company Law & Corporate Governance Committee at PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry And he is also a Former Member of Auditing Standards Board and Member of Expert Advisory Board at Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is Former Panellist Arbitrator at Bombay Stock Exchange.

Mrs. Sulekha Gupta is our founder Designated Partner. She is Graduate and having more than 25 years of experience in Risk Management, Insurance and Business Administrative matters. She has also acquired Certification in the course conducted by Skilldeck in Indian Labour Laws & Statutory Compliances, and she is also holding Diploma in Business Administration.
Mr. Mudit Gupta, Partner is a software engineer and an expert in the industry and has helped create multi-billion-dollar companies in the ecosystem. He is a renowned blockchain security expert who has been featured in CNBC, German National News, Nasdaq News, and other major news outlets.
Mudit has given talks at numerous conferences in India, America, Europe, and Asia. He has the experience related to international matters. He has also expertise in Financial Market and his name comes under experts in his field of Blockchain.
